Loved the taste of sourdough and have always enjoyed making bread. Making bread from such simple ingredients really appeals to me.

- 900ml Water
- 6Cup Flour
- 3tsp Salt
- 3tbsp Olive oil

- 0.5Cup Flour
- 0.5Cup Water

Remove starter from fridge. Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup flour. Leave on bench in covered container. Repeat again following day. Make bread on 3rd day

To starter that has been fed for two days prior add water
900ml Water

Add enough flour to get desired consistency

Add salt
3tsp Salt

Add olive oil and mix/knead a bit in bowl
Cover and leave for several hours
Knead and divide into two. Place on oiled trays and cover. Leave for 1 to 2 hours
Reshape, slash tops deeply and bake for 1 hour in 200 degrees Celsius oven
