Remove all but 1/2 cup. Use discard for pizza crust. Add 1 cup flour 1/2 cup water.

Flour ( mostly King Arthur Unbleached) and water. Mostly 1 cup flour per 1/2 cup water, but it not exact. Since we live in Caribbean, 80 degrees F, plus most of the time I keep it in the fridge. It took like a week to form, after many tries. Appx since January 2020
