It's a context of pandemia and lockdown...You know I have been willing and trying to bake at home and epsecially with sourdough, but I just could not. Working, with 2 kids, I barely have enough time to do that. And now we are home... for we don't know how long, I have a new kitchen that is begging me to practice new things...time has com

Preparation of the water. I left the some pieces of apple in the water for 3 days.

After 3 days i mixed 1 cup of water and 1 cup of flour (wheat flour)

I left it for 3 days, and it started bublling. Then for 8 days every day i refreshed my sourdough : 1 cup starter + 1 cup flour + 1 cup water

10 days after the very first step it was ready to bake.
Result
at this stage i did practice a loaf of bread
