I wanted to prepare food that's good for my parents since they're getting old already. And I love bread so much. All in all I want for myself and for my family to enjoy eating bread without the worry of eating too much sugar that can complicate out health.

Wash and slice 1 small apple
Let it soaked in a 500ml of water for 24hrs
The next day strain it and use the water to mix with the flour
Feed the starter twice a day for the next 10 days.
