Add water and stir

Working method

Mix 1/2 cup BL80 flour with seeds and 1/4 cup water

After a day add 1/2 cup BL80 flour with seeds and 1/4 cup water and spill out half of it
3
Repeat step 2 every 12 hours for 7 days
