I like a challenge. being a bread baker, I know it is one of the hardest levels to achieve in the world of bread. Plus all the kids grew up and left the house , I needed something to take care of.

B . A bananas. that's what it smells like most days. However living in a moody climate ( New England ) of one day hot and humid the other day freezing . High acid at times, I am having to give my little buddy a bath. ( just heard about this ) the sourdough Is used once a week for making 6 loaves of multigrain bread. It has both whole grain wheat (home milled ) and reg flour. origin 2014
