After i have used my sourdough i have about 1 tablespoon left in the container.

작업방식

Mixing everything together and let it rest in the kitchen for two days. Then for the next 3 days i will ster it once a day. On day 6 im feeding it 1:1:1
50% Water 35% Ap flour 15% Whole grain
