My starter is made from wholemeal flour and inspite of not feeding it everyday i get wonderful results.So far i have managed to make various kinds of loaves which include Millet flour too.

- Cup Wholemeal Wheat Flour

I add 1/2 cup whole meal flour and about a little less then 1/2 cup water. I generally repeat this process thrice in order to bake it next day. Like today afternoon i remove the starter from the fridge, once it comes to room temperature feed, then again feed in the night and then in the morning and then bake once it is active and dancing.
