I grew up with sourdough breads, when move out of the country (Poland) i stopped eating real sourdough and miss this healthy nutrition breads. Changed lifestyle in meantime, left my career and im full time mother of three, two of my children are really small and i look after them full time. I wanted them grow up with real sourdough bread.
Caratteristiche
Unique, vigorous and quiet. Very patient with me. Calm and social, shw doesnt double in size only burps a lot.

Leaving 25g of sourdough starter, adding 25 g of flour

scrapping all the dry bits of the post and mixing with woodwn spatula all togwther.
Never wash my jar. After mixing saying love (miłość) and thank you ( wdzięczność) and leaving for another 12 hours. Never feeding or maintaining when angry or have negative thoughts. Matula goea on holidays with us, so she is very social.
