Born out of our love for sourdough! Composed with a piece of different Questers' starters during our reunion week (17 till 31 August 2018) to celebrate that the website is two years online.
Caractéristiques
It's a beast. We call it hooligan because it has a strong personality and is unpredictable once unleashed in the bakery. Pretty much like ourselves. By blending our starters together we created this new sourdough.
