I started creating my sourdough starter at the same time I was brewing Mead. I loved the idea of my crafting something from all the things that were around me. Grow my own yeast, create my own beverages. took off from there. I put it on pause for a while and recently just by looking at my Instagram account called @breadchubby I re-inspired myself!

Bethany is very much a web weaver, once you feed her she makes an intricate pattern of bubbles throughout the entire jar. Always wave-like or ribbons of gold.
